Help us improve Ruta NL
Ruta NL is built around what people living in the Netherlands, or planning to come, actually need. We want to know what is missing, what is hard and what is wrong.
We are not collecting anything yet. There is no form on this website and no active contact channel. When there is, we will first explain what data is processed, why and for how long.
How you will be able to take part
- By answering anonymous polls in the community group and in Instagram stories, once they exist.
- By answering the question of the week.
- Through a voluntary 15-minute conversation, only if you want to and after we explain what it is for.
- By reporting a mistake in a guide once there is a contact channel.

What we do with what you tell us
- We summarise it without names or details that identify you.
- We group similar problems to decide which guide or tool is needed.
- We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
- We do not quote you without your permission.
We will never ask you for
Identity documents, BSN, bank details, passwords or money for finding work.
